The work follows a sequence. Each step is designed to produce something useful on its own. Most people start with a diagnostic conversation.

Diagnostic Conversation — Free. 60 minutes.

I ask the questions that surface what is limiting your operational ROI and where the structural cost is actually coming from.

You leave with a clearer picture of the gap. I leave with enough to know whether there is a fit worth pursuing.

Return Gap Session — €500

A working session.

We estimate your annual return gap across three buckets: revenue not captured, senior capacity consumed by the wrong work, and budget producing no return.

You leave with a concrete figure and two questions your organisation has not yet asked out loud.

A one-page memo follows within 24 hours.

The SLS Sprint — €6,000

Two days with the founder and senior team installing the Strategic Leadership System.

Day one maps the current reality and installs the Direction Layer: Vision, Strategic Theme, and an honest Context.

Day two builds the Execution Loop: Choices, Communication, Choreography, and Correct.

You leave the room with a working leadership system, not a set of recommendations, and knowing how to run it.

Governance Retainer — €1,500/month

Ongoing advisory. Recommended for at least three months.

The system gets better through use.

The retainer keeps the Strategic Leadership System running after the Sprint: monthly sessions to review the loop, surface what is drifting, and make the corrections before they compound.

At the end of three months, the system is a habit. The founder is progressively less load-bearing. The organisation is progressively more valuable.

Sprint plus three months of retainer: €10,500.

Workshops and Talks

Available for leadership teams, investor events, accelerator programmes, and founder communities.

  • You know something is off in your strategy or operational capacity, output is not matching to the input. You will leave knowing what it is, what it is costing, and what to do first.
  • You have been treating structural problems as people problems. You will get a diagnostic that finds the correct level of intervention before committing to a solution.
  • You carry the organisation’s priorities, decisions, and institutional knowledge in your head, and you know nobody else in your organisation knows them. You will leave with a system for getting it out of your head and into the organisation.
  • You are preparing for an investor or acquisition conversation. You will leave knowing what an outside observer will find in thirty minutes of standard research, and how to close the gap before the meeting.
  • You have done strategy workshops and found that “strategy” is almost a synonym for a document nobody is using. You will get a one-page structure for a quarterly plan, a set of specific prioritised actions, named owners, and a team that knows what it is doing this quarter.
