Many good conversations begin with an introduction, and that is perfectly fine. If someone suggested you contact me, say who when you write. If you are a lawyer, accountant, banker or advisor with a client who needs an outside view, I am happy to be introduced to them. I work mostly remotely; for a longer assignment I can be on site for a few days.
