The 48-Hour Second Opinion
Send the document or the stuck decision that has to survive your next big decision. You get an honest outside view of every hidden assumption, unclear phrase and weak point, before you put your name and your money behind it.
Two ways in
OPTION A // A HIGH-STAKES DOCUMENT:
- Investor decks: up to 20 slides.
- Term sheets: 1 to 5 pages, including joint venture proposals and letters of intent.
- Client proposals: the commercial sections of a major bid (up to 5 pages).
OPTION B // EVERYTHING LANDS ON YOUR DESK:
- Approvals that reach the top: a list of routine decisions that keep landing on the executive desk.
- A decision dispute: a handover that sales, engineering or operations see differently.
- Handover or autonomy memo: a founder or generational handover, or a proposal for more freedom in your unit.
Open to owners, family businesses, COOs, division heads and VPs. If the problem sits above you, send the case you plan to make upward.
Size limit: up to 20 slides or 5 pages. For larger deals or several documents, consider a full service.
What you receive
- A 20-to-25 minute private screen recording: a walk through your material showing where an outsider, investor, partner or counterparty gets confused, doubtful or defensive.
- A 1-to-2 page memo: specific rewrites, what to cut, and what to do next.
- Full fee credit: if you book a larger engagement within 14 days, the whole €490 is credited toward it.

Invoice and payment
Invoice or card payment, €490 + VAT where applicable.

Delivery in two working days
Recording and memo delivered within two working days of payment and written scope.
